The Entitled Titles Poetry Competition 2025

All prize winning entries receive an award certificate.
All prize winning entries will be published in a chapbook
anthology & all prize winners will receive one copy of the book.
Rules & Guidelines
Poems to be written on the theme of a movie title, or a title of a play,
or a book title, or a song title. The entitled title needs to appear either as the title of your
poem or somewhere in the body of your poem, or as the epigraph for your poem.
Poems to be sent in Arial #11 font, single spaced
Poems to be no longer than 32 lines.
Spaces between the stanzas count as lines; poem titles do not count as lines.
No more than 40 characters per line, this includes
the punctuation and the spaces between the words
All styles welcome
To be submitted on white 8.5 x 11 letter size paper, single spaced,
on one side of the page only.
There is no limit to the number of poems per submission.
Poems may be previously published, but NOT have previously won a contest prize.
The author must own the copyright to all poems being submitted.
Blind Judging
No author information to be anywhere on the same page as the poem, front or back.
A separate cover page must be included with author name, mailing and email
addresses, and phone number, along with a list of poem titles (first line if no poem title).
Entry Fees
Up to 3 poems for $5, each additional poem $2

Entries to be mailed on or before post mark date January 31, 2025
