This Endowment Program is available to any member
of The Ontario Poetry Society, no age barrier,
who has never had a private collection of their poems
published in any form, and who is in dire straits.

Only one recipient will be awarded a chapbook collection each year.
- 2010 Recipient - Don Stabler -
The applicant must send a hard copy letter requesting
their chapbook to be published by T.O.P.S. and state
the reasons why they cannot afford to make their own books.
They should also include the hard copy manuscript of 20 to 24 poems.
If selected, the recipient will receive a Certificate acknowledging
their award, and 20 copies of the chapbook, upon publication.

Their collection will either be a Stanza Break Series, or a
Poetry Friendly Press collection, depending on
their writing skills. Their name will be announced
in a Verse Afire newsletter, and their name and one poem
will be featured as the recipient on TOPS website.
Deadline for letters of request is May 31st.

Send letters of request to:
The Ontario Poetry Society,
#710 – 65 Spring Garden Ave.,
Toronto, Ont. M2N 6H9.

Make sure to put "The I.B. Iskov Make-A-Chapbook Foundation"
on the front of the envelope.
